I’m cooking with the recipe that I ripped out of the magazine or printed from the computer and all of a sudden a spray of something gets on it and now it’s all wet, greasy, saucy, chocolately, whatever, you get the point.
That’s why I laminate my recipes now. I make them double-sided, hole-punch the corner and slip a ring in and that’s it.
Hang them up on the wall or stick them in a drawer- either way their right there when you need them, and when you have a cooking mess, it just wipes right off!
This is a must-have for all cooks!
